Early this week I did a search and reviewed all of the old pillow discussions as mine was in dire need of replacement. The sleep pillow that seemed to get good reviews looked intersting, but I wasn't sure I wanted to spend that much money.
Now this turned out to be a bit of a fluke, but I thought worth passing on. While cruising through Big Lots, I found a decorative pillow for a childs room. It is in the shape of a three point crown, pink and had Princess written across it. For $8.00 I figured it was worth a try, and I can't tell you how great it works. The middle point lays just under my chin and the outer point across the forehead. My face doesn't touch anything. I put it inside a satin pillowcase and I have had 3 perfect nite's sleep. It works well for either side and I can even find comfort on my belly with the outer point across my forehead; but even better, I find I don't turn to my belly as much.
So, when cruising through Walmart or whatever, check out the kids pillows and see if you can find one too. Happy sleeping and no squished face  |
