Hi girls,
i've been using Jrlique's rose face powder underneath my MMU as a powder Makeup primer for quite a while now; I'm almost done and was wondering if there's other powder form Makeup primers out there... Just curious in what else there is in the market for me to try...altho i really love jurlique's rose powder, but it's on the pricey side...

There are a ton of MMU primers...here is the link to all of the primers from the brand that I use (look on the left side where the green buttons are):
http://www.raesinimages.com/primers.htm
BTW, this is possibly one of the worst websites I hve ever encountered, so if you get overwhelmed by all the info, you are not alone! Fortunately, the product is way better than the website. |

Hi bethany
I was able to get to the mineral veils, but question for you. The colors look way to light. I would be afraid that it would make me look white. I use glominerals natural med.
Any advice? |

Begquis, I use the Raesin Images Warm 2, and it is comparable to the Bare Minerals Fairly Light, if that helps at all. Those are the only 2 brands I have used.
I would send you some samples (I bought a ton, lol) but I think I might be paler than you. |

Hi all, new here...
I just tried Southern Magnolia's mineral makeup- it is the best I have used and very affordable. She has a great powder primer called Perfection Primer. This is the first time my dear hubby has ever commented on how good I look after I tried a new makeup. |

I would absolutely recommend lumierecosmetics pearl powder as a mineral primer. It gives you a hint of radiance, but still absorbs some pesky oils. They have it in a white version, but in Ivory and Sand color as well. |

I was watching QVC last night. They had two hours of Bare Escentials. They were discussing using Bare Escentuals bareMinerals mineral Veil as a primer.
I am not into mineral makeup to review this product. Just thought I would pass on the information. |

There is lots of primers in the mineral world. Most of these companies offer samples at a reasonable cost.
What is the ingredients in your favorite product? Are you oily? If oily (I am) kaolin clay is a great oil absorber and many primers have this ingredient.
Silk is to balance. I like Silk Naturals finishing powders. I also like Lure beauty; they use Rice (also good if oily). |

I've tried LM's powder primer, and it's ok, nothing spectacular. I don't really see any difference in my makeup staying power when using this. I think I'll also stick with liquid/creme primers. |

Fyrinnae Rice Primer powder is amazing...and it's super inexpensive. It's their best seller.
You can buy a sample jar to try it out.

They have great eye colors...all their makeup is vegan and not tested on animals. |

Bare Escentuals Mineral Veil is great for a primer or a setting powder. It really keeps your makeup fresh. |
