Recently, a lot of friends introduced me Giorgio Armani LSF foundation.

They all said that it is a wonder. But I have really sensitive dry skin, they don't.

So that's the reason I came hear and ask for your help.

And, for those who haven't heard of this, come and try! You will love it!(That's from my friends. If not, please blame on them. haha~ )

I have normal to dry skin and really like this foundation. As its name indicates, it makes skin look luminous and silky. It gives a relatively natural finish and light to medium coverage. But for everyday use, I still prefer MMU for the easiness of application and more healthy ingredients. Very Happy

bethany, which shade did you use? I think I'm similar skin tone to you (fair yellow undertones). Thanks!

Well, different countries have different price. I don't know how much is it in other countries. But in China, it is really expensive.

But we have a Chinese website, just like ebay, and it is really cheap in there.

I'll see if I still have it and check the color. I got some trial tubes in 2 colors...1 worked and one didn't. Confused But I am thinking it was 5?

BTW, my sister LOVES the Armani Designer Modelling Compact Foundation SPF 22. (copy and paste the whole link)

Yeah, sometimes. You have to judge by yourself.

But u have to time to go the mall, ask the BA for help to check if it is real or not.

So, it's OK for our "old buyers" Bad Grin

I've heard this before. They said this one is an excellent foundation for the starters. But the ARMANIs are all expensive. Otherwise, I wanna try them all. Cool

Can't be 5. I'm medium yellow, use 5.5 but can actually use 5.

I have tried all the Armani foundations and they are all lovely to use and good colours for me. My daughter is blonde and has very fair skin and she uses 4.

Yes, you are right, but I want to try some more products besides LSF.

Silk Foundation Powder is great, and Fluid Master Primer, also a Luminous Silk Power.
Together they are around USD150.

So I really wanna find some places where I can get them at a cheaper price.

Hi all, how do Armani's foundations compare to Chanel? I have Chanel Mat Lumiere and to be honest I can't complain but I have recently read a review on Chanel's foundations in general and it wasn't very positive - apparently nothing special and simply put just a waste of money. I don't have much experience with foundations. For a day wear I use BE's MMU but for going out in the evening I prefer a liquid foundation. Did anyone try both and could tell me the difference in quality etc.? Thanks!

I've tried both Chanel and Armani. Chanel has quite a big range and all the ones I've used have been fine. I find the colors aren't as good as the Armani ones. I couldn't get an exact matching shade, but that depends on your skin of course. I also find the Armani makeup seems to stay on longer than the Chanel. The Armani primer is excellent, but pricey. There are a number of primers from other brands that are just as good.

I love lancome foundation. I use the adaptive, which goes on really nicely and looks quite natural, whilst still giving coverage.
