I figured I'd email them and point out (again) from a totally new person that they'd labeled that incorrectly and it could negatively impact their business--I got a curt, nasty reply.
So, I'll badmouth them...
Don't order from nubrain.com. Talk about @$$holes!
Plus, if they can't even get fractions right, I have serious doubts about their business practices. |

Can anyone recommend useful Retin-A products for me? I used Roc but seemed like no reaction. |

Yeah, we all make mistakes, but it's a shame that they have to be so impolite! You didn't have to do that P girl, I appreciate it.
I told them not to bother replying to me, my simple explanations weren't penetrating.
Their service is swift and efficient, but whoever does the email replies could so with learning some manners! |

Completely agree. I was hopeful that another person saying the same thing would penetrate past the clearly non-working brain cells, but oh well! LOL
Emma--Retin-A is the name of a product, so I recommend Retin-A. |

I just called my local compounding pharmacy and the pharmacist said that I could buffer my Retin-A 0.1% with any neutral type cream like Cetaphil, Eucerin etc. I think Trader Joes has a great neutral type cream out for less than $5. A long time ago when Retin-A first appeared on the market I used it under my doctors direction.
I used Retin-a at age 29 to clear up residual acne and some scars. I used it for one year and took Vit A also. My sin really looked awful for the first 6 months. In fact, I had to stop briefly and use Acid Mantle until my face looked normal again. I kept on going and at 9 months to 1 year I had beautiful skin. I got so many comments on how well it looked. Once my skin was clear I stopped using anything. I probably should have kept on but I did not. My skin now ( many years later is still fairly good but need to start using it again on regularr basis. My skin is not as young as then and 0.1 is pretty strong. I do not think my skin could handle to regime I followed all those years ago. I will have to buffer it with a cream. I also use Premarin cream on my face a few times a week. Many years ago I was told the 3 most important things to keep youthful skin was sun screen, retin-a and estrogen cream. I know the estrogen cream is not something everyone could or would want to try but it is good for me.
