Has anyone had an LHE Laser treatment. You can have them for hair removal, acne, broken caps, pigmentation and anti-aging. The Ella Bache Spas are promoting the treatment here in Australia. Apparently it uses a combination of heat and light and is less invasive than IPL. The girl told me it was the next generation to IPL but we're always a bit slow in getting stuff in Australia so I was wondering if anyone has had it done and what your opinion is.

I thought Fraxel was "the world's leading manufacturer of light based products for medical and aesthetic skin care professionals." Fraxel doesn't have a sign-up sheet for people to become distributors.
Who knows what the results will be - possibly good. When the advertising is fishy, I look elsewhere. |

The LHE Laser is used in Ella Bache Salons around the world - can it really be "fishy"? Did you have a really good look at the site? I'm really just hoping that this provides a similar result to IPL without the "ouch" factor. It sounds like a combination of LED and Tri-pollar technology. |

The marketing makes me uncomfortable. I'm used to a different style.
I wasn't talking about the results the equipment delivers because I don't know.
While I was looking around just now I found an interesting site http://www.medicalspamd.com/ They have a blog where they talk about the various equipment manufacturers and their business practices. A lot more goes into equipment decisions than how well the equipment does the job of fixing skin. |
