Hi, I have these under eye wrinkles, more like crepiness. They def. are not crows feet as they aren't on the side of my eye but more underneath my eye. I tried many eye creams and nothing seems to help with the crepiness and the lines i have. Any ideas? |

I have this as well but started using Retin A .05% back in April along with DIY Vitamin C Serum. I think it looks a little better these days. When I first used the Retin A, my lines and stuff got pretty bad under my eyes due to the uglies, but I backed off a bit and now things are looking better.
I have also started using Walgreens AHA every other evening and alternate with Retin A. I use the Retin A Mondays, Weds, and Fridays and the AHA on the other evenings. |

I had this for a brief while. I got rid of it very successfully using Skin Actives Bright-I at night and IS Clinical Youth Complex in the morning. For me, those were a match made in heaven, but I'm not sure if everyone who tried this combo on EDS fond it worked as well. |

Taking ionic zinc may help to produce elastin in your skin and improve the crepey texture. |

The lack of oil glands makes the skin around the eyes prone to dehydrate and makes it easier for the wrinkles to form.
Cleanse the skin around the eyes in the morning with cleansing milk. At night remove the makeup carefully. Apply cleansing milk and remove the mascara firstly and when you have removed the makeup completely apply an eye cream again. Be sure that the eye wrinkle cream you're using is made with all-natural, organic ingredients otherwise it can result redness, puffiness, and super itchiness. |

I am really liking Garden Of Wisdom Fountain of Lycopene Creamy Lotion. Its really hydrating (but does not give me milia)and makes my eye area feel very smooth. There is also a serum version if you need something lighter. |

If they're dark circles You should use a serum. If they're just wrinkles You should go with a peptide like Pure B-5 or Renewal Complex.
Excel Skin Care has these three excellent products all that I have used before. For the low prices with free shipping go through their Amazon store. |

I was starting to see a line appearing below my left eye. Started using Akin Revitalising Night Eyecream & it's now not a problem. Akin products are full of lovely ingredients & they don't test on animals. It's only a small tube but you only need to use a tiny amount so it last forever! I use it morning & night & i'm still going with my first tube. I'm sure i bought it about 6 months ago! Doesn't irritate the eyes or skin at all.
I've also upped my water intake, although i was drinking loads before too. |

I am 56 and I got rid of my undereye wrinkles and crepiness by using Revive eye renewal cream in the morning followed by IS Clinical youth complex. At night I again use the eye renewalcream followed by revive creme lustre( an overall night cream which i use under eyes)This definitely helped to minimize the problem.I purchased samples on ebay. For the renewal cream you prick the sample and squeeze out just a tiny bit and tape over the hole to reuse...lasts quite a long time. |

The ISC product really seems to have the ability to diminish fine wrinkles, doesn't it? |

Copper peptides work great under my eyes, not as well on my eyelids so I dilute the CP serum. I'm also having good results with Retin-a around whole eye area. |

My way is using a good moisturizer with SPF around my eyes, while I make my own anti-aging mask for the eyes by combining one egg yolk and two tsp. of honey in a bowel. Apply to the under eye area while avoiding the inner eye. Wish that would be helpful. |

Antonia, you never mentioned anywhere if you are using Bright-I cream or serum.
Your results are amazing! I would love to give it a try.
Thanks. LOVE! your blog, by the way. |

Hello YB. Thank you! You are very kind. I have always used the cream. I am using it with something called Skin-Minus at the moment as I like the formulation and have coincidentally run out of the ISCYC. The lack of wrinkles remains. |

Antonia,
Thank you for the quick reply. Now i am ready to order it
I am on your AgeOff program already 7 days. Thanks to your publication on EDS and, of course detailed explanations on your blog. I jumped right in.
I decided to start with 2 weeks of DNA Essentials (2 pills), then move to 1 pill, and after i finish my 3 bottles move to AgeOff. I bough only one bottle of Skin-Minus to see how it will work for me. Mean while i just love the smell of this gel. Too early for results.
While i have very big expectations for this program, i feel my eyes need something proven to work. And the combination you found sounds very promising. |

Do you have any experience with ionic zinc? |

I've just been taking it a little while. I read a scientific study that showed that zinc is the ONE thing that can improve skin elasticity. Not collagen, elastin. There are all of these products for improving collagen but it really doesn't do much good without improving the elastin.
Here is a study; Note oral AND topical zinc may be beneficial: http://www.skinandaging.com/article/7850
This is a link to an article on Relastin, which is the zinc product that is supposed to improve elasticity: http://www.relastin.com/pages/7-The-Relastin-Difference
I've actually been using Circ Cell, which contains zinc gluconate and copper gluconate. You know that when taking zinc or using it topically you should use a little copper as well.
Internal zinc is also helpful and, besides, it's good for so, so many things. I take ionic zinc internally. |

Note: I have never bought Relastin. It contains parabens and I tend to avoid that. My PS recommended Circ Cell. It's really expensive but contains no parabens.
But some people are unconcerned with parabens. |

I've been using what might be a cheap alternative to Circ Cell: La Roche-Posay Cicaplast, which has zinc gluconate, manganese gluconate, and copper gluconate as well as other goodies like panthenol, madecassoside, and sodium hyaluronate. Unfortunately also parabens if you're really sensitive to them... in which case Bioderma's Cicabio might be better, but at 6 euros each they're both a steal! |

SkinSignals, LacSal, squalane. I've just started using a sample of Refissa and am trying to figure out where to order a Renova type clone. Tazorac (?) seems cheaper. |

After reading Antonias post on the Bright I and ISC, I ordered the Bright I serum. I had used the cream before and liked it, but it wasn't amazing. However, the Bright I serum has been amazing. I used to fight dark circles and after a couple months of this serum, I noticed I'm not even using much concealer any more. Also I think my under eye area is much firmer and I don't have much crepiness at all anymore. If you read the ingredient list, you can see that it is loaded with actives. Great price too, I try to only use about 1/2 squirt day and night and it has lasted at least 3 months I would say, with still quite a bit left. I also started back on CPs with the GHK Serum, so that combo might be the trick. |

Lorimcp, do you use the GHK serum twice a day, as well as the Bright I? And, which do you put on first, the Bright I or the GHK? TIA! |
