Bumping!
The best way to move onto more positive things is to start this thread.
So how are the AgelessSexy exercises going for people? Any good results yet from the exercises? |

I do these everyday (added it to my menagerie of Facial exercise). I think it's great. Easy, effective. The best thing is it appears to give an immediate lifting effect every time: this becomes evident after you do it for a few weeks. Brings the lips and cheeks upward. Makes your face look like it's smiling! |

Which one/s of these are you doing? Are they the ones on the very first video posted? |

I've been doing the combo kiss/smile while bringing my tongue to the roof of my mouth and see improvement in my neck plus cheek area. Before trying it, I had been doing some other face exercises which I just started on a regular basis,(3-4 months several times a week) but some were messing with my TMJ, so I stopped doing the ones which were causing a problem, and I'm still seeing good results with my cheeks being lifted, and have better results in the neck area with this one. I do it daily with some exercises for the eye area and massage. |

Yes - DM - this is the exercise that works! It's quite effective - I so agree with Angel fire. And there is another all-in-one (I call it) from Eva Frasier that I do everyday - no matter what.
Angelfire - never mess with the TMJ. I have some I never do for that reason. A TMJ problem can be almost impossible to reverse. |

Please share this all-in-one exercise with us Sweets.
I, too, love Ellie's Pucker-up exercise. |

I have to say, I've been doing it daily and love this exercise and its easy to do when I'm washing up etc which is always a good thing. Like Sis I notice I get an immediate lifting effect, moreso than any other exercise I've done in the past, and am sure I'm going to be doing that one forever! |

Definitely, I get that toning effect too but forgot to say, so thanks for reminding me. I like how Ellie's done this video for free, so you don't have to pay and it really has a nice effect to the face too. It doesn't take a few seconds, and that in itself is a plus in my book!

This is the main point, i think! It takes only few seconds and you REALLY can do it anywhere. Even with makeup on. And you don't have to visualize anything. And you don't have to worry about finding the right spot.
I "like" how Carole Maggio shares in her book: "This exercise i like to do driving a car" or "This exercise i usually do waiting in line".
Sorry, i don't see how i can touch my face during the day so many times. And it is not a time issue. People wear makeup and our hand are very far from sterile.
I only wish we can collect more of such exercises. |

I even think it can do something to plump up the lips~not that I need it but I feel the burn there as well. I would also love more exercises like this that target several areas at once. |

there is an exercise I recetly started doing, its very simple, take a sip of water and squish it inside the mouth using the tongue and cheek muscles, it's a great work-out for floor of the mouth muscles and the neck muscles, works on buccinator too....

I agree 100%. I think Ellie probably has one or two more, but she probably is reluctant to share them now, but hey she's working on a book which I'm certainly going to get when its available!

Hi all - just an update - Ive been doing this exercise for a few months now and its really improved my lower face structure a lot! I think my cheek hollows have been filled in a little, and amazingly it actually plumps my lips too.
When you do the exercise, you can actually feel the burn on the sides of the mouth and thats where im seeing a lot of build -
very pleased with this exercise, this is the only exercise i am doing at the moment too |

Love this exercise - I do it at stoplights (like Ellie suggests) and try to sneak it in when I'm on the stepper at the gym. (Freaky lady on the stepper). |

I'm loving it too. I tried two different facial exercise programs but just am too lazy to keep them up but like some of you, I do this in my car on my way to work in the morning. I love that it's hands-free and it really does give some lifting to my cheeks. I'm also doing some chin jutting exercises. |

I've been doing this ever since, and I'm still loving this exercise - it works. I can't wait for Ellie to write her book - as I bet there will be similar. This exercise I feel works my lips, cheeks, jawline and lower lids - so its a great all rounder and its easy to do and remember. |

Based on this recommendation, I will check this out. One of the things I most dislike about my face is the distance between end of nose and upper lip. Holy c. I just checked it out. She's 70??? Good for her. I'm off to do them... |
