Hi,
I've made my own Vit. C serum with L-ascorbic acid, Distilled water, and Hyaluronic acid. I know the amounts to use for the percentage of vit. C.
But I read that the serum should have a pH of 3.5 or lower to be effective. HOW can i tell what the pH is?
Thanks |

Hi LindaJane, you can buy pH Level Test Strips/Test Papers to test the pH level in skin care/Serums etc. Here is a link to read up on and you should be able to buy them from most Chemists and Pharmacies.
