Has anyone used Coenzyme Q10 topically, and if so how do you use it (in conjunction with other minerals etc?) and have you seen an improvement in your skin? |

I have .5% Q10 in my night serum with a dozen other antioxidants and actives, lol.
When I first started using it, it seemed to be more moisturizing than other things I've used. But that might just be because it's lipid soluble. You never know. Truthfully, I think my skin responds better to idebenone. I keep using the Q10 because it's a nice antioxidant and it seems to do a little good, but I've done so many different things to my skin over the years there's no way to tell how much difference it really makes on it's own. When it comes to skin care I think the best thing is to double down and use as many things as possible that will work together. Especially with antioxidants. |

You are better off swallowing the capsule because it's very good for your entire body. |
