| DIM really helps keep my acne and bay and pores clear and smooth, but I've noticed that I also get *really* constipated when I'm using it. TMI I know, but it is so horrible that taking 2-3 stimulant laxatives do not work. Has anybody else noticed this problem? |

| I'm not familiar with DIM, but I can tell you that overuse of stimulant laxatives not a good idea. If you use them more than occasionally, it can prevent your intestines from working properly. That requires ostomy surgery. I work for an ostomy manufacturer. As someone who hears from patients 40 hrs per week, please don't set yourself up for that. |

I take DIM but have not had that side effect. I would definitely cut back on the dose or just stop all together.
Add some additional fiber, not laxatives, to your diet to get things moving. |
