Track and Scratchmarks after Dermarolling

Hi there guys,
I have a question regarding marks/depressions left on the skin after dermarolling. Here goes..

I went for three sessions of dermarolling - each 10 days apart - at a doctor's office. I regretted that cause it seems he didn't really know what he's doing and that after doing my research and reading around,I'm just regretting it more :/

Anyways,after the sessions,I am now left with trackmarks across my cheeks and a couple of scratch marks here and there. It has been about two months now and they are still there.

1.)Will these go away or are they there to stay? 2.)Could it be that my skin's healing from the breakouts that it hasn't got to healing these marks?
3.)Are there anything that you guys would recommend to me to make these marks go away?

Thank you so much,I really appreciate if anyone who's heard of or had a similar experience to help me out cause I'm freaking out here,and it's causing more pimples! Sad
