Hi Everyone,
new to this forum. Sharing my problem..any suggestions:::
After pregnancy,my face looks quite big n chubby cheeks,double chin...
tried clarins,bird's nest n many exercises..but not helping me...any better suggestion plz
another problem,after pregnancy,my hairs arebecoming grey day by day.. donoo how to stop..now i have to frequently color my hair..i use l'oreal color products..so not sure if this making more grey again. |

You don't say how old you are, but if you are still young you could try a course of multi B vitamins for your grey hair.
And have a test to see if you are a little short of iron, which is common after pregnancy, but never, never self dose on iron.

| Also get your hormones checked. You might have an imbalance maybe triggering Cushings syndrome. |

| Double chin should be because of any problem of thyroid I was also having the same problem my weight was increasing rapidly then my doctor said to check thyroid and it was the only reason behind that. |
