That never worked for me. There doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason for my eczema EXCEPT I did notice, and it could be a coincidence, that when I stopped eating salmon, which I ate three or four times per week, my eczema returned. I recently added it back into my diet and the eczema left. Strictly anecdotal evidence though. Perhaps someone with this problem could try taking fish oils if they don't like salmon.
