Healthier Way to Wash Your Face Smile!!
I'm sure many of you have already heard of this... but incase there are many that are unsure or have not heard of this, here it is! Washing your face with Oatmeal IS healthy, and works! What do I mean by works? I mean that it makes your face softer, your skin healthier, more glowing and vibrant looking, and it can help make your skin look younger! You see.. using so many harsh chemicals on your face just to clean it really doesn't make it "good" for your face. Chemicals are chemicals, and they can be the cause of your constant break outs! So why not give something more natural.. organic a try? It definitely won't hurt! (Get it? No harsh chemicals!) I've been using oatmeal for 2 months now, and I get compliments at how healthy my facial skin really looks! My skin used to be dry looking.. and had a lot of dark spots and pimples, but once I used oatmeal, dark spots faded to my natural skin color, my face looked more hydrated, pimples would naturally go away because there were no chemicals to irritate them. Chemicals can cause pimples and zits to stay because they irritate and can sting and it's just like if you were picking at it yourself, which also causes it to stay, see the picture more clearly now? Washing your face with oatmeal is organically healthy for your skin, gives a natural glow, and gives no reason for your pimples and zits to stay, so they simply go away! Here is all the equipment you need:
1) Small bowl
2) dry oatmeal
3) hot water
4) spoon to stir
5) dry cloth

Here's what you do:(CHOICE 1 OR 2)
1) Prepare the oatmeal as if your eating it (directions for that should be on back of oatmeal box or packet)
- Clear your face of all make up, Wet your face with warm water, scrub the oatmeal on your face using your knuckles for 5-10 minuets, rinse, dry.

2) Pour dry oatmeal into empty bowl, wet you face with hot water, get dry oatmeal and rub it onto your face gradually adding hot/warm water onto your face and continue scrubbing on gently for 5-10 minuets, rinse, dry.
