I have been re reading the stickies on facial exercise and have been wondering about facial yoga as opposed to facial exercise.
I have recently turned 50 and have both ageless and FE. I have restarted ageless as FE just took too long, although I pick out a couple of those.
I saw mentioned on here that Rose's 3 minute face lift face yoga was great, but I am in the Uk so that's not really possible for me to get cost-wise. Can anybody recommend a yoga programme for the face?

I purchased Rose's stuff once and it took me too long but I also found something by a trainer that she taught called Happy Face Yoga. That for me is easier to do. Its a series of exercises but its quite good fun and its not like some of the others I've seen.
There's a few youtube videos I saw prior to ordering which I liked.

| There is another woman I think Danielle Collins but I haven't bought her dvd yet. Her routine though apparently takes only 10 minutes. I've not seen it though but she was on Good Morning a little while ago and she looked quite natural to me and I was impressed. Website: http://www.faceyogaexpert.com/ |

| I am actually quite taken with someone I have stubbled across who runs the dace yoga method. She has lots of stuff on you tube. |
