Not really sure what to do.. Tried lots of different products.. Just stared noticing my poor size after using copper peptides and AHA for bout 7 months.
Using benzoyl peroxide one day, and salicylic acid the other day.. Been doing this past few weeks.. Face till messed . Totally lost at this point
Some pictures with different lighting showing the total unevenness of the skin.. Not smooth just wrecked. I am almost past the point of caring because I have had skin problems for a long time. But if there is something I can do .. I would like to .. If not then whatever that's life
Zoom in on this picture... The black plug type things... Dafuq is that ....
OHHH this one shows even better how rekt my face is.. Fabulous
Just looking for a simple long term regime ... Preferably non skin damaging . I only wash at night.. 2 times a day seems too irritating .. My skin is sensitive as hell |

Your face is really not that bad at all! Try the jan Marini glycolic cleanser |

Thanks for your insight and comments, but I disagree. The sebum plugs or pores/pitted pores are really annoying . I am going to check out that glycolic peel.. Ideally I would like to be off BP, but don't really feel like dealing with a BP breakout withdrawal.. If I added that glycolic in , should I cycle days between glycolic and my BHA? I suck at regimes.. Thanks for your help I appreciate it. |

My pores enlarged (like an orange peel texture) and my face became more sensitive after doing too much to my skin 8 months ago. I was using chemical peels, salicylic acid face wash, etc. From the research I have done, this occurs due to inflammation and stripping your skin barrier so it's best to be gentle with your skin and not cause inflammation to allow your skin to heal (which can take around a year or so). The fact that it occurred after using those products shows that it may not be a good idea to have a peel or use acids right now because it may cause more damage. But I am not a dermatologist, this is based on my obsessive research trying to figure out how to solve my skin issues too! It is an ongoing battle but I believe that my skin can get better. There is some good information on this forum under "Retin A creating open pores and bad texture".

Not sure if this is even what you're dealing with but sometimes the use of acids can have the opposite effect. I only wish I knew this sooner. Good luck! |
