Found this on another forum I go to. It's a way cool tool to calculate the amount of sun exposure necessary to get your adequate daily dose of vitamin D, depending upon the date, your skin coloring, location and the weather conditions. If your location is not represented in the dropdown then use a search engine to find your longitude and latitude and enter that.
Also tells you the amount of time it takes before you will get a sunburn if left unprotected. Good for planning vacations.
