Has anyone tried Coolsculpting? I have done 4 treatments on my tummy and hope to do 1-2 more tomorrow. It freezes the fat, causes fat cell death and then the body slowly (30-90 days later) removes the dead cells out through the lymphatic system. The before and after pictures are great, I can't wait to be an after! |

I haven't tried it yet but would like to get rid of a small pouch I get unless I rail thin. Have you seen any changes yet and how long has it been since your first treatments? I read on realself about different people having really bad pain for the first few weeks after the treatment. Have you had any of that? TIA |

I am 4 weeks out from my first 2 treatments on my lower abs. I think my pants feel different but not a big change yet (and shouldn't be but I am impatient).
The feeling is very unusual. Your fat gets drawn into a hand piece and pulled up under suction. It feels surprising and like a hard pinch. The cold is barely noticeable because by the time it kicks in, you are numb from the hard pinch. Sitting around for an hour can be tedious but I napped and ate lunch.
As soon as I was done, I jumped up and went back to work. I drove kids to sports and cooked dinner and was fine. It felt a little tender and numb (at the same time). It felt numb to the gentle touch but tender if I squeezed or pushed on my tummy. I was a little swollen for 4 days like a bad PMS bloat. |
