| Hi there, Im asking if anyone in this life did ever manage to eliminate his or her tear throughs without injections, naturally or with only facial exercises? Im only 25 and had serious tear throughs that I did never have before. I don have thyroid issues and was advised by a flex effect coach to do the resitance exercices only once a week because of the new appearing fine lines. I've been told to do everyday morning only the toning exercices. I need to know if anyone manage to get rid of them without referring to injections or plastic surgery! |

Wow at only 25 tear troughs aren’t very common, but if you have not got thyroid issues, then I’m wondering what could be the cause? Have you always had them?
I did ask you before, but suggested you ask Deb directly about what she would recommend. I’ve not heard them suggest to do exercises only 1x a week – that’s strange suggestion. Are you sure it is definitely FlexEffect because I’ve never heard them make a recommendation like that before?

| Yeah, I didn't have them before, I've just had fine dark circles that were not noticeable. I don know if the psychological side can affect our eyes to that extent because I'm not happy since 2 years. AS for the flexeffect, I believe it can help me if it helped people older than me. One of the coaches advised me to do the resistance exercices only once a week may be because Im still young and once a week seems to be enough to her or may be to avoid the appearance of the small fine lines. She's not deb of course for I couldn't contact deb directly. It's very difficult may be because she's very busy. The coach suggested that I do only the toning exercices every day in the morning. If you have any suggestion advice or anything I would be glad to hear from you. I tried to contact Kay because her photos are amazing and we do share the same problem so I think she could help me more than anyone, but her email doesn't work. If anyone could help me get kay's email, I would be very grateful... |

Okay thats odd - I've not heard them say to do it only one time a week but if you have spoken with a coach they should be able to help you out. One person whose eyes I adore is Loli and she does respond to messages, but she gets a lot and I would really recommend just sending her a PM on the forum. She looks amazing to me and no where near her actual age and her eyes are like Deb's.
I don't have any details for Kay, but did you send her a message on the forum there? I don't know her so can't be much help but think she is in Australia?
