Hi,
Does anyone take HA supplements for improving skin hydration and plumpness? If yes, which brand are you using?

| I take no supplements. I think this kind of product can do little to our skin. I would rather drink more water ,eat healthy, and do appropriate exercises. It makes my skin healthy. |

| The jury is out still. It's spilt. With some people saying it does nothing and other say it does. Most notably for lip plumping effect. I take it most days. Not sure it helps, but as an insurance thing. I have pretty soft skin and sometimes if I take a lot I feel my lips are fuller. However I couldn't say for sure |

I have done this experiment thru the years when carekate first posted this thread back in the day.
For me it does work! I don't do it all the time but when I am on the regime there is a noticeable plumpness to the lips and my skin does look better. I also drink tons of water with it (which I am not always faithful to, unfortunately) but that helps bind to it and create the plumper lips.
I take Doctor's Best right now since I can get it thru Walgreens but I took for years the Source Naturals Skin Eternal. I also take Jarrow's thru Amazon. |

| Has anyone tried Vitacost HA with Biocell collagen II? They recommand 2 capsules daily, isn't it too much? 1 capsule = 100 mg of HA and 1000 mg of BioCell collagen II. |
