I had two pimples that eventually came to a head with pus and one of them I accidentally scratched so the pus just must of came out and the other I ended up popping cause the puss was huge. I made sure to put neosporin on after for a few days, but now I'm noticing that I have these very slight, super small indents where the pimple's pink/red dots are left over. What are these indents? Is this scarred pores or a super tiny acne scar? It is like the size of a pore (my pores are sort of a medium size, not too big but definitely not small either. What can I do to try to make sure to treat the area well now while it's possibly still in the healing stage so this doesn't remain an indent? |

Curious as well since I have s tiny spider bite on my face still healing from December but it left 2 tiny holes. (We were having our quarterly house treatment and it must have stirred one up We think it crawled up into one of my throw pillows when I had it on the floor changing sheets and put it back up on the bed, ugh).
I have tried the Collosate wound dressing that Fawnie recommended that I bought from Amazon and it did help it heal fast but the redness and holes remain, although fainter. I have also tried the dermaroller on it now once and will try that again. I also have a lightening cream that I am trying on it daily.
Holes are hard to fill/heal so let me know if you find anything that helps Pokerlady888. |

I have acne scars that I need to fix one of these days. Don't want to spend a lot of money on lasers. |

A friend of mine has had quite good results injecting under her acne scars with hyalauronic acid (filler) - she was delighted that some deep scars she had not enjoyed wearing on her face for the last 40 years virtually disappeared.
I know that there are a few different types of scars; hers were like pits, and some of the pits had also formed wrinkles joining the scars.
I have successfully filled facial scars from shingles which were more like scars under the skin, the surface of which had been lasered. However, there was still an indentation with scar tissue underneath and while initially the injected areas were hard, they softened over time and I have not had to refill after two initial fillings. The skin now appears normal. |

That is good to know. I may have to try that. |

A dermatologist also suggested the hyaluronic acid filler for me as well. Anything like that makes me nervous though. She said it is temporary but sometimes it actually can be permanent. Well, that can be a great thing or a scary thing. If any of you get the filler, please let me know how it goes!! |

Yes, it can be scary. I sometimes get bumps around my injection sites.
I notice with time that they are growing closed but not fast enough, haha.
Now if I can just get the redness to fade! |

The fewer women who get botox and fillers, the better I look. |
