Hey,
Just found this website. Im a 22 yr old guy and I have stretch marks on my armpit/chest areas from working out. I have been given a prescription from my doctor for Retin A cream 0,025%. How long will it take until I can see results?
Also, I have a scar on my right elbow, basically got really bad carpet burn in November and I didn't put any polysporin or anything on it to heal. I then went into the sun in December on my vacation and now the scar is brown...
Will retin A help with this as well? I posted a picture of my elbow, I can also post one of my armpit area for my stretch mark if needed.
PS I will be avoiding the sun at all costs this summer to make sure these scars/stretch marks go away or atleast minimize.

Retin A works best on new (or newer) stretch marks. I would give it time - at least a few weeks before you can expect to see any results.
I would also be sure to use sunscreen. The sun can cause any marks to darken. |

appreciate the response. will retin-a or any other cream help undarken these spots from the sun or did I screw myself with that one? |
