Hello,
I am currently using Aczone in the AM then following by Aczone and AHA in the evening.
However, it is not helping with my hyperpigmentation so my derm. suggested I give Atralin (tretonoin) a try again.
In the past I have used Retin A and Atralin and experienced HORRIBLE dry skin which then caused me to use HEAVY moisterizer which then resulted in a terrible breakout. I was using the products incorrectly (too frequent).
I plan on using Aczone in the morning and Atralin at night every 3 nights. And then I would like to use AHA on the nights I am not using Atralin. Can someone please let me know if this will be ok?
Also, I have tremendous issues with moisterizers. Everything that is not medicated causes me to break out. Does anyone know if it would be ok to use Aveeno Clear Complexion Moisterizer over the Atralin to help with irritation?
The new routine I am trying is actually causing me anxiety I don't want to break out any worse then I already have I am now just trying to treat some minimal pimples but ALOT of hyperpigmentation. |
