HI,
I'm a male ,skin type iv and 31 years . Im a healthy eater. I currently use a cleanser and moisturiser during the mornings and night time. What should I add to my routine? What other treatments should I do on a regular basis (chemical peels, derma-rolling, dermabrasion ...). I would like to restore my youth full appearance and prevent further aging in my skin. There is so much information as I do not know where to start.
I will greatly appreciate your help |

| ^ Same.I do try other antioxidant serums such as Revale, Topix Green Tea and Prevage from time to time too. |

The first thing I would suggest is choose a really good product. I use Monsia Advanced Skin Renewal System. I find that the Shea Butter in their cleanser, toner, day and night creams are good for my skin. My husband uses both the day cream (with a SPF-15 rating) and the night cream. He washes his face with tea tree soap and water. I know that his skin is definitely much softer and smoother as is mine.
