When I was 12, I applied a self tanner 3 times in one day. The next morning, I had dark patches from the corners of my mouth to down around either side of my chin. I am now 43, and it has never gone away; I look like a marrionett. Has anyone heard of this happening with self tanners, and any suggestions how to make it go away? |

Rose hip oil, sliced, pureed or the juice of cucumber, lemon juice and aloe vera can be applied topically to help to lighten dark areas of the skin. To prevent further hyperpigmentation, make sure to use SPF 30 sunscreen to protect your skin from UV rays. |
