Anyone know what are the best exercises to do for lines under your eyes from squinting? |

Truth be told if you are squinting, it may be because your eyes are struggling to see things and so you may want to get that dealt with first. You see its the repeated motion of squinting and general wear and tear of the skin that makes the wrinkles stay around.

I agree with TheresaMary. Get your eyes tested first. I don't exercise my eyes I relax them. I place sliced cucumber over closed eyes, relax on my sofa and listen to a CD of waves breaking on rocks. I got to add that I still do all the normal cleansing, toning, day moisturizer and night repair cream with Monsia Skincare as well! |

I agree with you both, i had to get contact lenses and i don't squint anymore, i will do that too, any exercises that tighten/strengthen the muscle below the eyes and maybe that would reduce the lines? |
