How do I integrate hydroquinone into my Retin A routine at night? I'm guessing Retin A first, wait a few minutes then hydroquinone. |

AND... to complicate things, on the backs of my hands I've been alternating nights of Retinol with Vit. C serum. How do I add in hydroquinone?
To clarify -- I only use Retin A on my face. But I've got brown spots on face and hands that I want to fade. |

I don't think you have to wait. I googled and concensus seems to be use them together. Triluma, a prescription cream, contains both hydroquinone and Retin-A. |

Hi I just started a Zomedical regimen for age spots and my dermatologist has me mix the melanix with the retin-a twice a week at night. hope that helps! And I also was told to start from the outside of my face and only around the bones of my eyes, not on the lids or under eye. |
