Friends
Really need help with body care routine!
Here are my problem areas:
Break-out prone skin with blemishes
Hyperpigmentation
Dark areas at knee, elbow, under things
Oily skin, but with dry, bumpy skin at elbow, knee etc.
Loose skin (not much but mainly around tummy and hips)
Stretch marks
I am currently considering these products:
Sanitas Body wash (exfoliating)
Sanitas Body wash (non-exfoliating)
PCA Skin Body Therapy
Skinceuticals Body Retexturing Treatment
Any advice is greatly greatly appreciated! I tried some body oils such as Lina Hanson, Rodin, African Botanicals but those broke me out! |

I am using one of those hand gloves that you use when taking a shower or bath. I find that you end up using less body wash, you exfoliate nicely and you feel fresh afterwards.
Generally, I use my husband body wash (masculine body wash)
I do treat myself from time to time and purchase body scrub and lotion or cream from different brands that are feminine. Some are from Laura Mercier, La Mer, L'Occitane, Clarins and drugstore brands that I keep in same scented set. I try to keep an eye on sales and get them at that time.
As for treating skin issues, like eczema and dry patches, I use those creams that I purchased from a body set and use that. Sometimes I use L'Occitane 100% shea butter or mix it with those body cream that I have.
I've heard that if you rub lemon on dark knees and albows, that would help. I think regular exfoliation and using AHA lotions will help. |
