| What are the possible causes of acne and what are the fast ways to get relieved from acne scars? |

Acne is usually caused by clogged pores. You can read about all the causes on mayoclinic:

The discoloured marks can be faded overtime using exfoliants or IPL, but the actual 'scars', meaning dents/holes on the face will require more drastic procedures such as fractional laser, laser resurfacing etc. |

| Try some natural therapies from home like turmeric and neem. Crush the leaves and makes it as paste and apply in the acne within one week your acne will be reduced |

| Inflammation causes both. Mine was RX-resistant and was caused for ten years by dietary triggers and on rare occasion, stress. By incorporating anti-inflammatory/antioxidant/blood sugar-controlling natural supplements (even magnesium, vitamin C, and MSM are helpful but I had a huge improvement in taking R-lipoic acid), I got completely clear. Watch sugar, soy, peanuts, dairy that isn't rBST-free. The more you keep the inflammation down, the less damage there's likely to be in terms of scarring, particularly atrophic. Vitamin C serum is an excellent suggestion to help curb breakouts and assist in fading post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. If you have any acne issues, best luck- you can absolutely beat it! |

| I get great result on my scars with the high tech copper peptide serum 5% in conjunction with the skin roller. Using vitamin C serum twice a day help as well. My skin roller is 1 mm. |
