Has anyone noticed that the new Medik8 R Retinoate serum uses the same active ingredient that's in Mad Hippie's Vitamin A serum (ie retinyl retinoate)? Why are Medik8 selling their serum for almost $300 and saying their active ingredient is "exclusive" when Mad Hippie sell their product for around $33 and it has been on the market for a couple of years? Marketing hype? The Mad Hippie product is excellent. No way I can afford the Medik8 one. |

Sounds like marketing hype to me. I've used Mad Hippie as well and it's great. |
