New to this forum, so hello.
I'm fairly confident regarding my looks apart from my biggest insecurity which is my rosy red cheeks. It's odd because no other part of my body is red, having it look like I put a ton of blush on my cheeks! I've been mercilessly mocked and bullied for it, and I'm worried women would not find it attractive.
I'm fair skinned so it's hard not to notice lol, and it does get worse if I'm hot, exercising, or embarrassed. I know it's silly but it does get me down thinking about it.
I'd love to hear your experience or advice please! |

I have the same problem to be honest and it annoyed me a little. At first it didn't bother me that much because I also had rashes on my skin. But after I found https://store.betterme.world/es/products/pilates-power-kit-serenity-blue and started exercising regularly and eating right, the rashes disappeared. Now the only thing that annoys me is this blush and I don't know how to make it go away... |

Same. I would say I'm fairly healthy but it hasn't helped with it at all. I've been thinking about using makeup but I'm not entirely sure. What sucks is whenever I exercise, I can feel my face get SO red. |

Unfortunately mine does too and I also have rosacea. Ethnicity plays a bigger part than anything.
Diet, exercise, less stress and lifestyle can play a part but using products for sensitive skin is even more important in combating it and not further aggravating the condition..
Retinols are not your friend with sensitive skin. And alcohol, like red wine can cause the flush.
Just be mindful of your triggers. |

I have not been diagnosed with rosacea so I'm not 100% certain it is. I'm quite young and had redness since I was very young, so no one really brought it up with me. |
