Currently using Skinceutical's C+E serum.
I'm with you Bad Bird, as soon as I'm done, I might give SK's ferulic a shot. |

I use SkinCeuticals C+E.
I like it better than 10% SkinCeuticals.
SkinCeuticals C+E doesn't dry my skin out.

im using SK C+E Ferulic, just got it. do you all think it's worth paying $99 USD for? Seems kind of expensive especially since so many serums (albeit no added E or Ferulic) are much less expensive. |

I'm using IS Clinical Super Serum and I love it! I tried JB C+C (like SS, also has a lovely finish). SC CE Ferulic looked a bit oily on my skin.
I've only been using Vit.C serum for a short while, but I understand one has to use it diligently. A SC brochure I recently saw showed quality before/after pictures of people using their Vit.C and sunscreen for 12 months. The differences were dramatic -- pigmentation and fine lines were quite diminished. |

I've used skinceuticals and cellex-c.
I liked skinceuticals way better. I'm currently waiting for my order of cellularskin c+ to arrive |

I was a cellularskinrx but I am just starting to use my homemade version. Which I do like but the JB cc sounds very tempting. |

I am using Skinceuticals 20%, Cellex C and my own brew. I really do not know which works best I've sort of been intermixing them but my skin loves vit C. |

Hello All!
Quick question, I've read somewhere that you shouldn't use Skinceutical's C+E Ferulic around teh eye area. Is this true? I've been using it on my face, but not the eye area. But teh eyes are where they age first, so just wondering what is the harm in applying it around the eye area.
Thanks! |

I'm using the CE Ferulic by SC, and it seems to be smoothing out my oily skin. Doesn't cause any breakouts or anything.
Just the hefty $$ pricetag for such a short supply is the main deterrent for keeping it a permanent piece in my routine! |

happy in the land of oz:
You found SC to be drying??
Did it make you flake too??
I'm deciding between that, and C+AHA. Whichever I choose will be my first vit C serum ever...
I dont want something to make me oily but also, I dont want to dry my face out (Going back to Connecticut, and New England winters are BRUTAL!!)
does anyone else have a suggestion (as far as which C serum to use)? |

Sorry, one last question:
I'm 27 with no signs of wrinkles or fine lines yet. I'm just anal about sun protection. I actively wear sunscreen and just started using SK's Ferulic. I've read somewhere that you don't need Vit C until later in life, say mid to late 30's, or until you have fine lines.... is this true? Is it because of the high alcohol content? If it's true then I can save my money, cuz the vit c stuff is REALLY $$$.
Thanks! |

I'm still using Obagi C-ffectives 10% Vitamin C Serum but I've already purchased a bottle of the Vivier 20% to try next. |

I use Vivier 10%. I'm on my second bottle. I like it well enough but I might switch at some point just to see if I like any others too. |

Viver C for me....it is my first bottle of Vit C and things seem to be going well.
I had a shaky start, but three was the charm for me...the first time I started, I got a rash...so I went off it and tried again. I got a rash the second round as well....so I went off it and tried it again for the third time... and phew, it was fine.
I wasn't about to waste the entire bottle!
I love it now, and it smells great and goes on silky.
Next bottle I try i think will be JB. |
