I just started using my newly ordered YOnka Juvenil due to the arrival of a zit!! Was just wondering if it is supposed to be as watery as mine is. I get quite a bit from one pump and wasnt sure how much to use in application. I cant get much onto my fingers so ended applying a few 'layers' on the spot instead. I cant really 'massage' it in either cos of the watery texture, it kinda just stays wet n evaporates. Is that right? |

Hey there
Pretty much. It is suppose to be very watery - you just rub it over the spot and leave overnight.
They also do a really good night cream for spots - I have a feeling it might be Cream 93 but im not 100% sure.
Its quite an effective zit treatment so you should see results when you leave it on overnight.

Yeah, it's very watery. It pretty much just looks like dirty water but it works really well Creme15 is their cream for problem skin and is also very good - you can mix Juvenil in with the cream and apply that way. |

yup herby stinky brown water. As you use it more you can get a tiny amount out of the dropper by justing touching the pump, or splosh a pump in your palm and pat it on.
I will say one thing about yonka, the pump dispensers are crap, they all seem to leak, junvenil, toner, the bronzer, ah well can't be perfect |

I think you might be thinking of Creme PG or Creme 58 (or is it Creme 15? All these numbers get me mixed up!!), both of which are quite effective when mixed with a bit of Juvenil and left on overnight. Mojocat, you might want to read this informative review from our resident Yonka girl, ChunLisa for more info: http://www.essentialdayspa.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=5120&highlight=yonka |

With all my pump bottles I decant small amounts into empty jars, it is so much easier and they fit better in my make-up/wash bags. |

Thanks for all your replies! Agree totally with Eve on leaky pumps.!! My new bottle arrived in the post leaky n smelly I had a zit on my forehead which was pretty much ready for squeezing when i applied the Juvenil. Was disappoined the following morning cos it looked exactly the same - i guess i was expecting it to miraculously disappear??!! I was refraining from squeezing it but accidentally burst it while i was washing my face n did all that squeezing. It healed almost that same day - dried up, flattened, scabbed, no redness or infected looking. Juvenil at work?? Was pleased with that definitely. Will experiment again on bumps...to see if emergent pimples diasppear overnight!! |

I think neither Juvenil or Emulsion Pure will make a bump disappear if it's already at a head, or nearly there. But -- as you discovered -- they do help keep the "aftermath" to a minimum! When you can catch the bump before it gets to that state, when it's still mostly under the surface of the skin, but you still feel *something* going on down there, that's when the Juvenil and/or Emulsion Pure are going to be able to stop the zit in it's tracks. In fact, that's what I always tell folks: those two products will either zap the zit before it can become fully formed, or else it will help bring it to a head more quickly so you can purge the gunk and get on with the healing! |
