What are your fav shower gels & lotions? I've used the Ahava gel and body lotion and like it a lot but I'm out now. The Decleour line sounds interesting and I'm sure other lines have good stuff. So what are your favorites for winter dryness and why. Thanks so much, Cheryl |

The Moisturizing Milky Mist is really good. I love its smell. If you look for something is very rich, Anti-Ageing Body Cream is a good one too. |

I'm trying to bump this. Thanks, Bic for the info. Doesn't anyone else use body care from EDP? |

To be honest, lately I've become addicted to perfumed shower gels (i.e. ones that coordintae with the perfume I'm wearing) so I haven't tried anything other ones.
However, as far as moisturisers go, I really like the Dermalogica Toxin Relief Oil. You can mix it in with a normal mosituriser for a nice boost. You can also use it by itself. It smells lovely, I think there was a review of it recently (by Siri if I remember correctly...).
And another lotion I use every-so-often is a Tea Tree Oil one. Magda said that is what they use in the Spa for after waxing, so I bought some and use it at night sometimes (very strong smell but makes your skin feel nice ).
Btw, is the Ahava body lotion heavily scented?

Hey Alexis52,
I have been searching for a great winter moisturizer too. Last fall I purchased Decleor Vitaroma (from EDS). It is wonderful. It didn't take much to cover a large area (my butt! ) and I felt as fresh as a daisy too:P. It has the classic Decleor fragrance which is light and pleasant smelling. FYI, I don't care for very fragrant products, I don't use perfume or scented anything and this body lotion was great. It does have a slight fragrance but very slight. It helped moisturizer my dried up ole skin, after a short time I didn't mind showing my legs to my honey . . It is a bit costly, ironically, I spend whatever is necessary on my facial products, but when it comes to my body I set limits. Don't ask me why, if anyone knew what I spent on my self from the shoulders up...
Don't ask me why I don't continue to buy it, there really isn't a reason why. Maybe the lead time, cost combined. Now that I think about it, I may order a container in my next order;).

Cheryl,
One more comment! I was told to use MD Formulations Face and Body Scrub before the body lotion. That was a really nice product too. Again, all from EDS.

The Ahava doesn't have a strong smell at all and it absorbs quickly into the skin. I'm not a fan of strong smelling lotions myself, unless I like it enough to be my light fragrance for the day. |
