I just want to thank EDS and Mabsy for my gift certificate.
I ordered Decleor's Vitaroma Lift Total eye and lip contour cream and I must say that in just three days, I have seen an overall improvement in the quality of the skin under my eyes, even with a bad bout of allergies that usually leave my eyes swollen and tired-looking. I can't speak for whether the product works around the lips because I don't need or use it there.
I haven't used the samples of Yonka 93 or Decleor Hydrating Comfort Cream that I received, but I have used .... violins playing... THE SAMPLE OF DECLEOR'S YLANG YLANG NIGHT BALM! OMG! I have no idea what this product is intended to do, but it's like eating a slice of chocolate cake. It is truly heavenly. Not to mention the fact that within about 30 seconds of applying it, I am sound asleep.
I can't wait to buy myself a nice big jar of it! |

I wanted to try those two products for a long time already.....but EDS did include a generous amount of other samples |

I love to just remove the lid and take a huge whiff of it because it smells so good. I thought the Essential Balm smelled heavenly (and it does), but the YY balm totally blows me away!
Wild Cat - where is Rain City? Is that truly your town's name or is it a nickname for one of the places in New England that's been hounded by torrential rains lately? I was just wondering, because if you're in the U.S., they'll give you samples of any of the Decleor balms at local Sephora stores.... |

I use and love the Ylang Ylang balm and oil. I always have them on hand because even though I stray and try other product, I eventually return to these. They smell wonderful, and do what they are supposed to (control the oilies). I Decleor products.

Hello carekate,
Rain City is just my nickname for Vancouver since it almost never stop raining
There is no Sephora store over here. I wonder why EDS didn't include a sample of the Ylang Ylang balm or Essential Balm since I requested it with my order. I can only hope they will include a sample or two the next time I order with EDS. |

You know, this happened to me. I requested a sample of some kind of mask but got the little tubes I described earlier, instead. Then, when I ordered the YY balm last night, I noticed that I could only request a sample if my order was over $128 USD or something. Maybe this is why? |

Hello LandB,
This is so weird. How did you find out you can only request samples for over $128? I did request for a sample of Valmont Renewing Pack...which I did receive from EDS (many thanks to EDS). This make me really wonder why I didn't receive samples of Ylang Ylang balm or Essential balm, since these Decleor products are cheaper than Valmont Renewing Pack... |

When I went to check off the box for my free sample, I noticed in red letters that you needed a minimum purchase. So, I guess if you don't meet the minimum purchase, you get what they toss in! |

I am sure EDS would include the samples if they had them. They probably just didn't have those samples on hand at the moment... |

Hello LandB,
This is getting more and more weird cause I didn't see a place saying about minimum purchase. I just put what I would like to recieve in the comment box. Of course, I am very thankful for the other samples EDS included. I just really wanted to try Essential and Ylang Ylang balm since so many great reviews |

Allow me to attempt to solve this "mystery" What the two of you are talking about are two different things I believe. The minimum purchase is required for a "gift with purchase" item, not for requesting samples. Samples can be requested via the comments box on your checkout page and that box is always there. If you have a look at the EDS Decleor Aromatherapy page though, you will see that a purchase of $128 is required to get one of the listed free gifts (one of these being the Decleor Travel Pouch with Aromessence Ylang Ylang (5ml), Ylang Ylang Night Balm (5ml), Aroma Purete Matt Finish Skin Fluid (15ml)).
LandB, Carrie - I used the Ylang Ylang balm last night - smells wonderful and very relaxing. I actually prefer that to the smell of the Essential Balm, though both are pretty close... |

Tragedy!
I wasn't home yesterday (Saturday) when UPS tried to deliver my YY Night Balm so now I have to wait until tomorrow!
