Shimmy is an all-over luminescent face and body shimmer made to highlight your face, eyes, lips, and body. Shimmy creates a luminescent glow on dull skin, sustains a bright summer glow, and adds a little extra sparkle. The formulation is light and creamy so it's perfectly blendable - you just add a little dab on cheekbones, lips, eyes, collarbone...wherever you'd like some "starlight shine"! I tried it in Pinkie, a rose petal gold shine.
Usage
apply on lips and cheeks.
