Description
This stable and effective vitamin C and E topical minimizes fine lines and wrinkles and strengthens the skin by stimulating the fibroblasts to produce matrix proteins. This formulation uses advanced vitamin suspension technology that keeps the 15% L-ascorbic acid protected and completely stable until applied to the skin.
Replaced by PCA SKINŽ C&E Strength (28 g / 1 oz).
Usage
After cleansing, toning and applying any treatment serums, allow skin to dry. Apply a small amount in a smooth, even layer over entire face and neck (chest also recommended). Allow to penetrate for one minute. Finish with the appropriate PCA Skin sunscreen moisturizer during the day and our nourishing moisturizer in the evening.
