Russell Organics Travel Shea Butter

Russell Organics Travel Shea Butter
Size: 60 ml / 1.7 oz

discontinued   Natural

   Description

If you see Shea Butter that is white in color and has no scent, or is scented with parfum, it is very likely a refined Shea Butter. To refine Shea Butter, manufacturers use a chemical solvent named Hexane. Hexane strips the Shea Butter's benefits, for the sake of de-odorizing and whitening the Shea Butter for purely commerical purposes. Needless to say, we view Hexane as a very harsh toxic solvent, even in trace amounts.

Shea Butter should be off-white to almost a yellowish color, and have a slight, naturally nutty scent. The scent disappears moments after rubbing onto the skin, which makes us wonder why anyone would refine it with toxins.

The Russell Organics Shea Butter is packaged in a 1.7 ounce tin, perfect for the on-the-go lifestyle. Easily carried in pocket or purse, this power packed moisturizer can tame even the driest, scaliest skin.

   Usage

Simply apply as needed to any area of the body wherever help is needed. Perfect for the dry patches on elbows and knees. Great as a hair conditioner too. This is one Russell Organics product that can do it all.

   Ingredients

Shea Butter, Rosemary Extract.

Burnout Sunscreen Review (physical sunscreen) -RAVE
Seems mainly one person on this forum keeps bringing this non issue up.(not you summer2004) Unless your a hairless mouse or using it with copper, I would not have any concerns. Besides, those studies are referring to Aloe Vera alone. Not in a well formulated product like Burnout with many other ingredients that are anti-UV such as Zinc.

LOL you can hide your head in the sand Panda but others realize aloe is a bad idea in sunscreens too. EvaVictoria MD on Longecity (for one) spoke about

Isshogenki Squalene supplement for glowing skin
It was La Roche-Posay Redermic R - Retinol anti-wrinkle solution

What our customers are saying

My daughter and I have been using your products since
February of this year and I cannot tell you how pleased we both are. After using these amazing products I am no longer skeptical but a true believer!
I would have never believed that bare minerals could cover so well yet feel so natural. I have slight rosacea and my daughter, who is sisteen, has keratosis pularis but the makeup works for both of us which is truly amazing. Who would have ever thought there would be something this wonderful that a 50 year old woman and her 16 year old daughter could both use and be happy with. In the past we have used Cover girl, Lancome, Mary Kay, Maybelline, and many others without success but that was definitely in the past. We are true bareMinerals users now. I could go on and on about this wonderful product but the bottom line is your product will now be a permanent part of our daily beauty regimen. Thank you.

Sincerely,

Sandy and Tara
