   Usage

AM: After cleansing skin, apply a light amount of Protect & Restore Retinol/Grapefruit (which contains an effective concentration of copper peptides that can be used very lightly once or twice a day). Application should be so light that it just barely covers the area. Gently massage into the skin. Your favorite moisturizer, DMAE serum, or sunscreen can be applied on top.

PM: After cleansing the skin, apply a light amount of LacSal Cream (a 10% hydroxy acid chemical exfoliant to encourage skin cell turnover). Or use Exfol Cream (2% hydroxy acid).
