Yes, this mask is suitable for sensitive skin. It's like putting strawberry yogurt on your skin.

As for the dermafoliant - i think it's supposed to be used 1+ times a week as an exfoliant.

Just wanted to bump this thread because this mask really is fantastic. I did a glycolic acid peel a week ago and left it on for too long so next day I started getting really bad flakes on my chin. Two nights of using this
