I don't know about rice protein but when I started to look into taking protein powder, I bought the soy protein and found I was quite bloated. A friend who was a bodybuilder told me to get whey protein which doesn't cause bloating and is better for absorption. So I switched to whey protein, and the bloating problem stopped. |
