Yeah, I'm the same way with CS, and also with businesses that I generally want to endorse - like I said in CaspersMum's thread about our shopping habits, I go out of my way to buy stuff through EDS even though the exchange rate sometimes makes it more expensive, and I have to pay for shipping - it's always worth it to me, since it's an awesome business that lets us have this awesome forum. I try to be very careful to give my money and support to people that earn it. That's part of why Sephora can be a bit of a bummer - it's big enough that I find some sales clerks are awesome and some are crap, but by giving them your money you're not necessarily rewarding the good, you know? But I've never had bad service from EDS, so they get all my dough.  |
