I've been using JI's Eye Highlighter Pencil. It is a chubby double-ended pencil with white on one end and a soft pink on the other. I use it everyday.
When you apply the white side to the inside eye ledge, it makes the eye appear bigger and brighter. When you apply the pink side inside the ledge it gives a soft, radiant effect, especially with green eyes (it's a complimentary color).

| Kel, that's how I feel about white eyeliner, too. On me, it looked too obvious and weird. I have found that a peach toned eyeliner gives a nice wide-awake look without being obvious. |
