Azumma,
C-pap machine forces air into the airways while you sleep. It is used for a health condition called 'sleep apnea', which you may want to google for information.
(The airways are blocked during sleep and a person actually stops breathing off and on during the night... Sleep disturbance. It seems that a lack of oxygen caused my dark circles. BTW, There are various causes of airway blockage.) |
