Nimue, I`ve received my Devita and used it for 2 days. It feels like it is insufficient for me as a moisturizer - my skin feel a little tight and dehydrated with it. Are you using anything under it? or only it?
it is sooo complicated to make my skin happy - it either feels dehydrated or looks oily |
Well right now I'm not using just the Devita, I'm still using up some other products so I just have a sunscreen jar in to which I threw in a bunch of stuff, including the mexitan and the badger and the devita.
However, I'm really looking forward to using the Devita exclusively. If it's not enough moicturization... m... Maybe you could mix in the Badger sunscreen into it? That stuff is very oily and waxy and it's still a physical sunscreen with micronized zinc. You would have to rub it in your hand though to smooth out the clumps, or mix it really well in a small jar.
What you could do is use a HA serum (PSF has a good one) and use it under the Devita. That should be really hydrating! You can also mix it with the Devita in the palm of your hand.
Another option if the Devita is really too dry for you is to look into the Epicuren sunscreen. My impression is it's just a little bit more moisturizing than Devita. |
