| reviving an old topic. I use bare minerals and have done for years now. I like the way it looks on my skin. Much better for me than a liquid foundation. Over the years I have tried others but always go back to this one. |

| I love using their GLEE, when I am tired or washed out looking, I do a very light swipe over my face, a bit more on cheeks, and I look alive again!!! It really turns out like a first blush type of look! A go too product for me |

NO I love a lot of it, just not the foundations, but that's my thoughts on ALL mineral foundations, hate em all on me. When I put them on I think they look fabulous, then later in the day I see myself and freakkkkkkkkkkkk |
LMAO, That is all I use but a great primer and proper application goes a long way!

Always start with way less than you think you need and tap excess back into the container, then tap the brush handle so the bristles soak in the minerals! |
I always think it looks better on me later in the day, when it has soaked in. |

Thanks Luminosity for the quick reply! I was actually considering the Bisque so your confirmation really helps.
It's too bad EDS doesn't offer JI anymore.

Skin-one was a good site to check out the different shades. Bisque looked like it might be a tad too light...might have to go with Amber. Thanks! |
Totally understand... glad you checked it out! Just be careful about going too dark... If you're light to medium, it might be good to stay with Bisque (but on the other hand, it is going to be summer soon... so maybe you'll get darker anyway).
I just know that for myself, seeing myself in pictures, if my powder or foundation (I use the Dream Tint) is too dark, I can really see the difference b/t my face and decollete. I'm sure you'll make the right decision. It's so subjective. I'd rather be a little lighter than a little darker. But I don't get tan even in the summer. Maybe just dark white, lol.  |
