I finally found an answer! If hair dye comes out of the tube black, it's old and the composition is off. I also read it can result in burns. It seems odd that an answer was so hard to find, I'm sure it's happened to lots of people. I saved the dye and I'm going to see if Sally Beauty Supply will replace it. |
