Oasisjc,
There are many DIY recipes that are excellent for helping to control acne and sebum production, along with aiding in other aspects of dermal health.
You can make it as complex or as simple as you wish. As long as you are working with the correct actives and amounts you should be fine. That being said: Test first for irritation before you apply to the face.
For myself, a potion of Vitamin B3/ Niacinamide and N-acetyl D glucosamine ended the acne. Improved hydration, basically a rather potent combination.
Use of Retinyl palmitate, Vit A, an essential part of dermal health for skin barrier function.
Nothing works overnight though, persistence and consistency are part of it as well. |
