The best beauty secret is habit.
Always be in the habit of applying your skincare, exfoliation, and sunscreen. Keeping your weight in a normal range by following a sound diet and exercise plan and manage your stress. When you are a bit older you can add the goodies like facial exercise, etc. Make it an enjoyable lifestyle. I am almost 50 and people think I am younger. Keep your routines simple and doable. Nothing makes you look more youthful than a flexible body and smooth skin.
You seem to be on the right track. |

I don't have a HG product...just a mind set:
Accept that you will get older no matter what you do. It sounds simple, but it is hard to accept sometimes. It was for me. When I hit 35 I started noticing that things were starting to catch up (ie sun-damage, light wrinkles around the eyes, etc). It wasn't anything others said, but I noticed the changes and that really sucks. Esp. when I started to notice that my skin didn't bounce back like it did in my 20's. Good night, if I miss a nights sleep now I swear I look 5 years older!!
My secret: Just be the best version of you that you can be.
What am I talking about? Well, take me... I will never be as beautiful as Angelina Jolie no matter how many beauty products I slather on. I won't have her skin or hair or lips. I also will never be my 20 year old self again. I didn't appreciate how good i looked back then and 10 years from now I will probably be thinking the same thing about my 38 year old self. bahaha!
BUT I CAN strive to be the best looking I can be right now. If I give up and didn't do anything (which I"m starting to see some of my peers doing), then I WILL look old, but I accept that I look how I look and to continue with up keep and I feel good about me. I will never be Angelina beautiful, but I CAN be ME beautiful. Does that sound weird? I hope not. It's early here and I just got the baby back to sleep. Hope I don't sound like a nut job. I am kinda tired. Bobbi Brown's Philosophy helped me with this and its my inner chant when I look in the mirror and don't' like the older version of me i see...hehehe
Its what I'm trying to teach my girls. Each one of us are unique and that is beautiful.
Although in the distant future when food is in pill form -I'd still like Angelina's skin. |

| Good quality sleep is very important. Staying up late can really wreck your looks after a certain age. |
