An asian store might have them. |
Do they physically pull out the whitehead, or is it some type of exfoliant that helps polish it down to extract the whitehead? |

Sure! You juice 5 medium sized lemons. Then you put a hot water bottle or heating pad on your upper abdomen on the right side. After 30 minutes, you drink 2 Tablespoons(1 ounce) of lemon juice. Wait 15 minutes, then drink 2 Tablespoons of olive oil. You continue to alternate between the lemon juice and olive oil every 15 minutes until you run out of lemon juice. Then you go to bed, preferably with the heating pad or hot water bottle still in place. In a few hours, you will need to go to the bathroom. Don't be alarmed if it's some crazy looking stuff. That just means your liver desperately needed this.
If you google, "lemon and olive oil liver cleanse," you will find other versions of this. I found that they were more complicated and this one worked well for me. I read somewhere that you should not do this if you know that you have liver cancer. Other than that, I haven't found any health problems associated with it. However, if you are at all concerned, or if you have any health problems, you may want to do some research of your own first.
It takes about 2-3 hours to finish the lemon juice. I started it at 7:00pm but will start it at 6:00 the next time. |
